1. Processing Time (Handling)
Before your order ships, we need time to prepare it. This is called processing time.

Once your order has been processed and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

💡 Note: Standing Desks are heavier and larger than Monitor Arms or Keycap Sets. Shipping rates for Standing Desks will be at the higher end of these ranges.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 USD (where available).

5. Order Tracking
Every order receives a tracking number once shipped. You can track your package using:

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive your tracking number. This is normal – the carrier needs time to scan your package into their system.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside of our warehouse country, your package may be subject to:

📦 Important: We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These are not included in the price you paid on eforexstore.com.
To avoid surprises: Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential charges. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is returned to us, we will refund your order minus original and return shipping costs.
For EU customers: VAT may be collected at checkout depending on your location and our registration status. You will be informed during checkout.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, there are some restrictions:

Military APO/FPO addresses (varies by product size)

Sanctioned countries (as per international trade laws)

Some remote or rural areas (carrier limitations – you will be notified at checkout)
If your address is flagged as restricted during checkout, you will see an error message. Please contact us at eforexstore@outlook.com if you believe this is a mistake.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Lost in transit:
If your tracking status shows no updates for more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement (your choice).
Stolen after delivery:
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot find your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or your local post office

Look around your property (behind bushes, under mats, etc.)

Wait 2–3 days – sometimes carriers mark "Delivered" early
We are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation. However, we will do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier. For high-value items, we recommend requiring a signature at delivery (available as an option at checkout for some regions).
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
If you realize you entered the wrong address:

Before processing: Email us immediately at eforexstore@outlook.com with your order number and correct address. We will update it if the order hasn't been packed yet.

After shipping: We cannot change the address once the package is with the carrier. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
10. Split Shipments (Multiple Boxes)
If you order multiple items (e.g., a Standing Desk + Keycap Set), your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. This is normal.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package. Check your shipping confirmation email for details.
11. Damaged During Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged:

Take photos of the box and the damaged product before opening (if possible)

Do not discard the original packaging
