Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

How to track your order

  1. Locate the shipping confirmation email in your inbox (please also check your spam or junk folder).

  2. Click the tracking link provided in the email.

  3. You will be redirected to the carrier's website where you can see real-time updates on your shipment.

Tracking number not working?

Sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking number still does not work after two days, please contact us.

Lost or delayed package

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time or appears stuck at the same status for more than seven business days, email us with your order number and tracking number.
